Klong Yao

The Klong Yao, is a long goblet drum originating from festival ceremonies in Thailand. It is similar to other hand drums like the Djembe, but they have a much longer base shaft. This design, along with higher range drumheads, gives this drum higher open tones.

The drum shell uses Remo Acousticon technology which makes for a durable drum that maintains it's sound over time. It also comes with the company's Fiberskyn drum heads and uses a rope based tuning system. Get purchase information for the Klong Yao and other world drums.
