Flamacue
The flamacue rudiment is made of four sixteenth notes followed by a quarter note. The first sixteenth and the quarter note are both flammed.
The rudiment is very similar to the flam paradiddle (shown above) with the exception of the added quarter note flam, syncopated accent, and straightforward RLRL sticking pattern.
The patterns below will help familiarize you with the rudiment and are meant to be played slowly, gradually building up your speed. You can make your own as well, just make sure you keep the RLRL pattern. Now go practice.
